Oh My Veggies!!

A vegan diet is one that consists of only plant-derived foods. Veg food isn’t too difficult to find and eat
The most nutritious and inexpensive vegan foods can be found in any supermarket. Veg food includes fresh produce, grains, legumes and nuts/seeds which are all used by this company. This is more than enough to keep a person healthy and fit.

Fresh green vegetables
A veg diet can keep u away from the risk of cancer and cardio vascular diseases. Eating fruits and vegetables is also healthy as they are full of antioxidant nutrients that protect your heart. Some of the other proven health benefits of a vegetarian diet include significantly reduced rates of obesity, coronary heart disease, hypertension, constipation, and gallstones. Being vegetarian can protect you from several such diseases.
